Planning Process:

 

The planning process is a collaborative effort across the organization. High-level details, estimates, and cross-functional team plans are drafted and reviewed with Management. 

 

This process combines both internal and external perspectives, including financial planning and forecasting, operations timelines, team commitments and vendor & supplier commitments. 

Our Goals and Objectives: 

Organize teams, projects, products, services, solutions and portfolio’s with minimal negative impact to business, and influence change wherever is possible

All initiatives/ideas are divided into three categories:

  • Improve (Maintain Existing Business) - Improve business analytics, tech-enabled research, standardized learning plans & simplified best practices 

  • Grow (Proactive Planning for Growth Opportunities) - Scale systems that enable faster connections and signals of changing market landscape, and build a scenario driven analytical models (explain what might happen in the future)

  • Create (New Development) - Develop turnkey data & analytics solutions and apply science based methods to assessments, validations, measures and impact
