  • We work with managers and directors, clarify the critical business objectives and the most important work to be accomplished for the year.

  • Conduct an assessment with team, identify the skill-level and build a fundamental training, coaching and consulting plan.

  • Provide a basic training to adapt new techniques and principles, and to elevate up the team knowledge. 

  • Facilitating a classroom style problem-solving workshop, identify the business challenges, draft an action plan and a continued learning plan to strengthen skills needed to solve challenges. 

  • Share an action plan among the directors and leaders, and receive feedback before addressing any issues.

  • Provide necessary tools, templates & guidelines.

  • Create a learning communities of practice (CoP) to discuss issues and share knowledge to others.

  • Continuously assess the outcome and add skill-building workshops and trainings to advance further.
